The Porter Condos sit just off Porter Avenue, moments from the middle of downtown Ocean Springs, the "City of Discovery" on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Leave the car parked and walk to art galleries, boutiques, coffee shops, live music, and award-winning restaurants, or head down to Front Beach for a sunset stroll.

Each of our twelve recently remodeled condos comes fully furnished with a kitchen, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Out back, enjoy the community pool, the picnic and grill area, and the game room. The Linen Lounge, our coin-operated laundry, is on site, golf cart rentals are available, and there's golf cart storage too. Select units are pet-friendly.

Booking direct means you deal with our local team, not a middleman. Check-in is at 4 PM, and when your condo is ready early, we're happy to let you in at 3 PM at no charge. Our office is open 9 AM–5 PM. Here, there's no rushing allowed.
